"GOD Is In Control"

Especially in this age in which we are living most people will confess to harbouring feelings of unease and even fear. World events, especially the spiraling crime rate and incidents of violence, cause ordinary, right-minded people to be apprehensive - not only about the future but even the present. How often the cry rings out, "Where are we hading? What does the future hold?"

No one, save the Lord Himself, is able to answer those questions but, as Christians, we are called to have faith in our loving God and to trust in Him Who, out of His love for the world, gave His Son in order that we might live in the fullness of the eternal life which He offers to all who believe in Him and who accept Christ as Lord of their lives.

Based upon this, and no matter what appears to be taking place in the world to-day, you need to accept the fact that God is in control of all things. Just as he used the apparent defeat of the Crucifixion to show to the world the glorious victory of the Resurrection so will He turn the darkness of any current adverse circumstances into the eventual light of His Glory.
